Aromellon Kinship Rules Expectations and requirements we have for our Recruits, Kinsmen/Kinswomen, and Voluntary Assistant Chiefs.

Recruits What we expect and require from our Recruits

1.) We expect all new recruits to make an account on the forum and fill out your forum profile. We use the message board as a tool to signup for Instances, Skirmishes, and Raids. Also this will give you access to the Kinship Gallery. Also to be able to access our Kinship Calendar you must be logged into the message board. The Calendar contains, kinship meeting dates, kinship events, Instance, Raids, and Skirmish Nights, and much more!

2.) We encourage Recruits to use the gallery, it shares the same login with your forum account so when you are logged into the forum you will also be logged into the gallery.

3.) Players MUST bring all characters into Aromellon and not be in multiple Kinships.

4) All new recruits will be under a 2 week probation period. This probation period is set so we can see if we are a fit for you. Also, to give you a choice if we are right for your play style. After the 2 week probation period is over and we see we work well together you will be promoted to a kinsman or kinswoman. However, if you have not followed the rules, showed lack of interest, or participated and we feel as though you are not a fit we will remove you and send an in-game mail to you explaining the removal.

5.) Recruits that go inactive 10 days before getting promoted to kinsmen or kinswoman may be subject to roster removal if prior notification to an Voluntary Assistant Chief or with the Chief has not been made.

6.) We expect all new recruits to help out with all current members or other new recruits. We expect them to be on their best behaviors and to be as helpful as they can be as this will reflect if you will be promoted or not.

7.) All new recruits should be social and take part in kinship chat.

8.) Recruits should be active and participate in Kinship Meeting Discussions and Kinship Events.

9.) Recruits should download, install and use our voice server Raid Call. (click here) Raid Call is a free, safe, and easy program to use. It is a lot like Vent and Team Speak combined into one with a simple interface.

Kinsmen and Kinswomen What we expect and require of our Kinsmen and Kinswomen

1.) Kinsmen / Kinswomen are expected to treat fellow kinmates with the same honor, dignity, and respect that we want for ourselves.

2.) We expect all Kinsmen / Kinswomen to have an account on the message board and have your profile filled out.  We use the message board as a tool to signup for Instances, Skirmishes, and Raids. So if you have interest in Instancing, Raiding, or Skirmishing you will need access to the message board. Also to be able to access our Kinship Calendar you must be logged into the message board. The Calendar contains, kinship meeting dates, kinship events, Instance, Raids, and Skirmish Nights, and much more!

3.) We encourage Kinsmen / Kinswomen to use the gallery, it shares the same login with your message board account.

4.) Kinsmen / Kinswomen should take the time to learn their class, traits, and the game to the best of their ability using the Kinship Information and Guides we have availiable to you on the website.

5.) Kinsmen / Kinswomen should treat others they encounter outside of the kinship with friendliness, honor, dignity, and respect as your behavior reflects on the entire kinship not just your self.

6.) If a member decides to remove their main from the kinship, they are expected to show respect to the leadership of the kinship by discussing it with the Chief beforehand. Otherwise, your alts will automatically be removed from the kinship unless a specific request is made to the Chief to keep them with us.

7.) Since real life is always more important than a game, we realize that at times members will have to take a leave from the game. We would appreciate you letting us know either in a in-mail, a private tell, or even an email at support@aromellon.com of your upcoming absence. We do not want to worry. However, if you go inactive for 90 days you may be subject to roster removal if prior notification to an Voluntary Assistant Chief or with the Chief has not been made.

8.) Kinsmen / Kinswomen should be active and participate in Kinship Meeting Discussions and Kinship Events.

9.) Kinsmen / Kinwomen should download, install and use our voice server Raid Call. (click here) Raid Call is a free, safe, and easy program to use. It is a lot like Vent and Team Speak combined into one with a simple interface.

Voluntary Assistant Chiefs What we expect and require of our Voluntary Assistant Chiefs

1.) Voluntary Assistant Chiefs are promoted rarely but are necessary as the kinship grows based on all Voluntary Assistant Chiefs agreeing with it.                                     Being Level 60 is a must.

2.) Checking the website on a daily basis is a must for updates and Calendar Events.

3.) We encourage Voluntary Assistant Chiefs to use the gallery, it shares the same login with your message board account.

4.) Voluntary Assistant Chiefs should show leadership, enthusiasm, fairness and the ability to handle conflicts. Although, like all members, Voluntary Assistant Chiefs are encouraged to obtain individual enjoyment and achievements, there will be times where you will be asked to put the needs of the kinship before your own.

5.) As an Voluntary Assistant Chief you will have to balance family, work, real life, personal game goals and kinship goals.

6.) Having alts in other kinships is not the best interest of Aromellon.

7.) Since real life and its responsibilities come first there may come a time where you are unable to fulfill your kinship Voluntary Assistant Chiefs responsibilities. A leave of absence can be granted without losing your Voluntary Assistant Chiefs status for a limited amount of time (40 days). If the time period is going to be extended then your status will be changed to that of a Member. If you wish to come back as an Voluntary Assistant Chiefs when you are able to give more time to the kinship, then the Voluntary Assistant Chiefs position will be offered to you.

8.) Voluntary Assistant Chiefs should be active and participate in Kinship Meeting Discussions and Kinship Events.

9.) Voluntary Assistant Chiefs should download, install and use our voice server Raid Call. (click here) Raid Call is a free, safe, and easy program to use. It is a lot like Vent and Team Speak combined into one with a simple interface.
